Girls in Romania do not hate foreigners. However, I feel that you have not been completely honest in your first post of this thread, regarding your attitude towards them. My argument is based on yet another thread that you opened, asking for passive uro in Constanta. So I think you have a tad bit of disrespect towards women in general, that you might even not be aware of. But it shows, and females have a "sixth sense" when it comes to bad characters.

Also, visiting escorts so much might have altered your way of interacting with women. You expect to get everything or close to everything, in a rather short time. 

You even refer to yourself in a "robotic" way:

So my advice is to find common grounds with someone. As you said, you are into photography. One starting point could be joining a photo club and interacting with the girls there, maybe even invite one of them to take photos together on a Saturday. But you should really find common grounds with someone (be it photography or anything else) instead of waiting to be introduced to someone by any Romanian friend. No matter how good of a friend he is and no matter how good his intentions are, anything he will do or say will mean something like "this is my German friend who is looking for someone to hump". Even though the words might be completely different, women will still know.

Personally, I am not a xenophobe and I don't think that the origin matters when it is about how people treat you, but more about how you treat them. You know, that kind of, if you give a smile, you'll probably receive a smile back. My  common experience in Romania tells me there are 3 kind of women / girls as far as it concerns foreigners. The curious ones (even they become less and less) who are just somehow more interested in a foreigner than in a local, the golddiggers who we all know and those who are very doubtful about foreigners, just to avoid beeing seen as a golddigger.
