Publi24 is a good resource if you use it wisely.

 

Firstly use the search function and filters to narrow down the available choice - for example, search using "english" and then filter with "judete" and / or "localitati" will produce a list of english-speaking girls in your chosen area

 

Look for girls of interest and then <google> their phone numbers.  The most legitimate girls will appear with reviews here on Nimfomane.  READ THE REVIEWS!  Use google translate if you need help with the language.
