RO: Eu sunt in Bucuresti pentru afaceri, până duminică. Am aranjat o întâlnire cu Cami, pentru o vizită la hotelul meu mai devreme. Ea a apărut extrem de receptiv în timpul apelului nostru și mi-a spus că ea va ajunge în 30 de minute, cerința pe care ne-am salutat în lobby-ul în prealabil pentru a asigura o tranzacție buna. Am fost determinat să creadă că am primit un telefon atunci când ea a fost în apropiere, dar după o oră de apel în așteptare nu a sosit. Am apreciat că acestea pot fi ocupat sau blocat în trafic, așa că am trimis un text care solicită o oră de sosire așteptat. Ea a ignorat textul, dar am dat beneficiul de îndoială și am așteptat un pic mai mult. 30 minute mai târziu, am decis să sun pentru a confirma dacă întâlnirea va avea loc încă, dar ea nu a ridica telefonul. Am așteptat încă 10 minute înainte de a apela din nou și ea nu-l ridica din nou. În acest moment am crezut că voi așteptați încă 10 minute, pentru că nu am vrut să inunde telefonul cu apelurile pierdute și a considerat posibilitatea ca acesta poate fi pre-ocupat și probabil m-ar suna înapoi atunci când ea era liberă. Am pierdut-o după-amiază întreagă așteaptă cu răbdare pentru ea și nu au nimic pentru a arăta pentru ea, așa că am crezut că am să împărtășesc experiența mea pentru a ajuta alți clienți potențiali care se încadrează în aceeași capcană. She appeared extremely responsive during our call and told me she'd be arriving 30 minutes or so on the provision that I greeted her in the lobby of the hotel beforehand to ensure a smooth transaction. I was led to believe I'd receive a call once she was in the vicinity so I could make my way downstairs but after an hour of waiting that call never arrived. I appreciated she could be busy or maybe even stuck in traffic so I sent her a polite text asking for a potential estimated time of arrival. She ignored the text but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited a little longer. 30 minutes later I decided to call her to confirm whether the meeting would still be taking place but she didn't pick up her phone. I waited another 10 minutes before calling again and she didn't pick it up again. At this point I thought I'd wait another 10 minutes because I didn't want to flood her phone with missed calls and considered the possibility that she may be pre-occupied and would perhaps call me back when she was free. After waiting another 10 minutes I sent her a polite text saying I understood that my booking was a little short notice so I appreciate why she may have had trouble making up the time but I would have liked better communication so we wouldn't waste any more of each other's time. I did not get a reply and effectively wasted an entire afternoon patiently waiting for her and have nothing to show for it so I thought I'd share my experience to maybe help coax her into being more communicative in the future and help other potential clients falling into the same trap. I harbour no ill will towards Cami and imagine she is a great girl but I still had to make my experience known.
