You are not alone. I have visited Bucharest three times during the past 2 years and had had to deal with fakes and pimps standing outside the hotel doors.

 

Last time, I did some research and in this forum there were a lot of rave reviews for Nadia (luxury escorts and Dame de lux - both seem to have a reliable reputation; damedelux gives details of whther boobs are enhanced as well a list of services).
