i've already been 3 times to bucharest in the last year and a half. This is going to be the 4th time. So i dont know what kinda advice i can give you. Best dancecafé that i visited there was the drunken lords at lipscani. Take only 1.39 lei taxis. Taxidrivers dont speak english. ( most of them ) If you see a stray dog, give them some food. I also noticed that most guys are really straightforward to the girls when they go out. They just go at them. Im way more shy than that. I also learned that this forum is kinda useless. Not to be rude but, when you are foreign most dont reply. Only one girl aswered me and i'm happy i did. I already talked bit with her and i feel good that i talked a bit before we meet.
