Tips for engaging with local girls?

Hi brothers in arms,

I'm planning a visit to Bucharest soon, and I've started my 'research' in advance.

I have some experience with Romanian girls from a few years ago, and it was mixed success.

Now, however, I'm not getting any replies from the girls, with exception of one that told me she doesn't speak English, and that's it.

I've even sent a message to a girl from a previous topic - AlexaNdra1q who definitely speaks English, but still no replies.

Should I use a local number when I get there? Or should I use a translation app??
